General Terms
THERE IS NO ON-SITE PARKING. Parking for this event is off-site at the locations noted below.
Shuttles will run continuously from the parking lots at 3:45 pm and continue until 11 pm.
Additional parking must be purchased in advance.
- 1 pass per vehicle ($25)
- There is no charge to get on the shuttles to the event site.
- Shuttles will be continuous, running from parking lots to and from the venue.
We appreciate your effort to carpool. We encourage ride-sharing as parking is limited. All Uber / Lyft dropoffs will be at the shuttle pickup locations and NOT at the venue. The road closure will not allow for any Uber / Lyft dropoffs at the venue location.
NO cars or pedestrians will be allowed to be dropped off or picked up at the event site, all guests MUST use the designated offsite drop-off points for entry / pick up to the event.
1. VIP Ticket Holders Parking

2. General Admission Ticket Holders Parking
- Santa Barbara Polo & Racquet Club.
- Show your parking pass and GA Ticket
- SB Polo & Racquet Club is located at 3300 Via Real, Carpinteria.
3. ALL Ticket Holders - Overflow Lot
- Park at Procore headquarters
- Show your Overflow parking pass and your ticket.
- Procore is located at 6309 Carpenteria Ave, Carpenteria
Uber / Lyft / Rideshare
All drop-offs and pick-ups will be at 100 Innovation Place, Summerland. This is the only drop point for the event.
Shuttles will run continuously from the drop-off point at 3:45 pm and continue until 11 pm.
There is ABSOLUTELY NO drop-off point at the event site.
Anybody showing up at the event site will be directed to QAD or Procure lots. This is for your SAFETY, as we are not permitted to have attendees arrive before being security checked.
Purchase Conditions and General Terms:

• By entering the festival grounds, you expressly assume all risk and danger of personal injury and all other hazards, which include, but are not limited to, property damage arising from or related in any way to Kevin Costner or One805.org whether occurring prior to, during, or after the event
• All forms of smoking are strictly prohibited (including but not limited to cigarettes, e-cigs & vapes)
• By entering the event grounds, you willingly give your permission for Kevin Costner and One805.org to capture your image via video and photography for its unrestricted use in all forms of media/marketing, without compensation
• Moshing, crowd surfing and stage diving are prohibited
• Nudity and or exposed body parts is prohibited under California County Code 32.1002
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued. The artist lineup and times are subject to change without notice.
All persons entering the festival are subject to search of their persons and belongings at the discretion of the security, Kevin Costner and One805.org
This is a Rain Or Shine Event.
PROHIBITED ITEMS:
• Outside food or drink (exception for documented medical needs, must have a doctor’s note with matching ID)
• Cans, coolers, bottles, glass containers, CamelBaks / bladders
• Drugs and drug paraphernalia
• Professional photo/video cameras or audio recording devices
• Skateboards, motorized vehicles, bicycles
• Footballs, Baseball, Frisbees or Playing Catch
• Colors or badges
• Drones
• Umbrellas (parasols ok)
• Weapons or firearms, including pocketknives
• Fireworks or explosives
• Laser pointers or selfie sticks
• Stickers, flyers, solicitations
• Pets (guide/service dogs OK)
• Anything determined to be dangerous or a view obstruction at the discretion of event staff.
Disclaimer: The Person using this ticket so assumes all risk of personal injury and loss or damage to property. Management reserves the right to revoke the license granted by this ticket, you must be 21 years of age or older with a valid ID to consume alcohol. In the unlikely chance of a Thunder, Wind, Lightning Storm or Fire and the event gets canceled due to safety concerns there will be no refunds.
Government Warning: According to the Surgeon General, women should not drink alcoholic beverages during pregnancy because of the risk of birth defects. Consumption of alcoholic beverages impairs your ability to drive a car or operate machinery and may cause health problems.
All CDC and State of California guidelines will be followed, and we are working closely with Santa Barbara County and the City of Carpinteria to ensure this event meets or exceeds all recommended standards.
RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT by entering the festival ALL (“Participant”), acknowledge and agrees to the terms below. Each Person will be participating as a volunteer or participant in the One805 Live! activities at the private estate festival premises and facilities (the “Festival”). In-state spectators only. No more than one household and all members of the guest’s party will be in-state visitors. As consideration for being permitted by the Festival, the State of California (“State”), the County of Santa Barbara(the “County”), and any lessor of the festival premises (“Lessor”), to participate in these activities and use the Festival premises and facilities, I forever release the private estate and One805.org, the State, California Fair Services Authority (“CFSA”), the County, the Lessor, and any fair affiliated organization, along with their respective directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, contractors, and representatives (collectively “Releasees”) from any and all liabilities, causes of action, lawsuits, claims, demands, or damages of any kind whatsoever that I, my assignees, heirs, distributees, guardians, next of kin, spouse and legal representatives now have, or may have in the future, for injury, death, or property damage, related to (i) my participation in these activities, (ii) the negligence or other acts of any Releasee, whether directly connected to these activities or not, and however caused, or (iii) the condition of the premises where these activities occur, whether or not I am then participating in the activities. I also agree that I, my assignees, heirs, distributees, guardians, next of kin, spouse and legal representatives will not make a claim against, sue, or attach the property of any Releasee in connection with any of the matters covered by the foregoing release. I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS AGREEMENT AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS. I AM AWARE THAT THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND A CONTRACT BETWEEN MYSELF AND ONE805.org, Kevin Costner, THE STATE, CFSA, THE COUNTY, AND THE LESSOR.
Refund Policy
